5.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement ("rollover"), as specified in each Promotion's terms. Rollover requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period.
5.3 klbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. 6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the klbet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are published within the game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
6.2 klbet games are operated using independently certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics. klbet does not and cannot adjust game outcomes in real time. Published RTP values reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage of each game under normal operation.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, klbet will endeavour to resolve the position fairly based on available game history data. Where outcome data is insufficient to determine the result, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned.

8.2 Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play shall be forfeited. Funds representing verified genuine deposits not in dispute may be returned at klbet's discretion following investigation.
